2010 brings up a major upgrade to the waterpark. Darien Lake now has "Splashtown" almost doubling the size of the 2009 waterpark. Great new Lazy River, Wave Pool, Water Slides and many other features.
The photo on the right is an aerial view of Hurricane Harbor.
The large red slide is the Big Kahuna.
The Blue and Yellow cone in the background is Tornado. A ProSlide Tornado. Sends riders on tubes through a giant funnel.
The Air Intake on the OCC Motocoaster Chopper was designed to mimic the Tornado ride.
